GRADS is pleased to announce auditions for their upcoming season of "The Importance of Being Earnest" by Oscar Wilde.

Rehearsals will begin in May with the season opening July 27, 2007.

Roles available:
JACK
Bachelor in his late 20s/early 30s.

ALGERNON
Bachelor in his mid-20s.

GWENDOLEN
Mid 20s.

CECILY
18 years of age.

MISS PRISM
Slightly aged.

DR CHASUBLE
In his fifties.

LADY BRACKNELL
Mature (in her fifties).

LANE / MERRIMAN
Algernon and Jack’s butlers; could be any age from mid-thirties upward.

GRIBSBY (small bit part)
The middle aged lawyer charged with the job of collecting Earnest’s debts.

Audition date: Saturday and Sunday 5th & 6th May, 2007
Time: By appointment

Actors are required to be familiar with a piece from “The Importance of Being Earnest” for the audition. There will be someone available to read with you on the day.
