In an hilariously satirical look at show business, Ruthless is a musical about talent, overwhelming ambition and how to deal with obstacles that stand in the way. Showbiz is show biz, even when the production in question is a third-grade play!

Auditions will be held on Sunday July 19th between 9:00am and 4:00pm

Audition times will be booked by the hour. There will be a group dance audition at the beginning of the hour, followed by singing auditions (one at a time). Auditionees should be prepared to stay for the full hour they are called for.

Auditionees must prepare one song of their own choosing, which shows off their range and comic abilities. Comic timing is crucial for this show, so the more you can demonstrate the better!

Wow!

There are so many exciting milestones a first-time director in Perth gets to look forward to, and their first official trolling is one of them! And to receive it after only three days is an extreme honor...I now feel truly initiated into the community theatre scene!

None of the roles in the show are pre-cast, by the way. Wouldn't that ruin the fun? And theatre should be fun, let's remember that!
