Unit 1 & 2, 388

Victoria Road Malaga WA

BRING: A recent photo

A pop song (backing track) on either a cd or ipod

Performance resume IF you have one – if not, we will have a form for you to fill

in, stating previous theatre experience, performance training, vocal range,

personal details, etc…

WEAR: Comfortable clothing and footwear that you can dance in

Please email enquiries@meshtheatre.com.au to be assigned a time for your audition

You will be auditioned in groups of 3 and required to sing a solo and act out a section of the script and dance routine which you will be taught upon arrival.

You may be required to stay at the Audition for an hour or so.

Those cast in lead roles will be required to be strong in all three areas of singing, dancing and acting. Bonus points to you if you can read music

Please arrive half an hour before your audition in order to read over a passage of script and learn the dance choreography.

Altar Boyz is the hilarious story of a struggling Christian boy-band trying to make it big in New York City. Five talented heartthrobs from Ohio do their best to spread the word of God through pop music. However, can they resist the temptations of the Big Apple? The show is presented in real time as a concert, the last concert of their national "Raise the Praise" tour.
