Best improv class

AlleyCat | 12/11/2007 - 11:45

I'm really sorry if something like this has already been posted (and i'm sure it has) but i am looking for an improv/acting class that i can drop in on to help me prepare for my upcoming slew of auditions.

i used to take the VCA classes but i am in sydney now, so does anyone have any class/teacher that they can recommend to me?

I'm a little rusty, and also a bit put off acting by recent events (see other thread if you want to hear my rant...)

thanks in advance,
Alison

thanks guys.

i've actually done a lot of improv before, but in melbourne rather than sydney, and was looking for a class that might suit me here.

i've done some research and there is an improv class at sydney actors centre tonight which i'll probably go to.

hopefully it's good. can anyone tell me yes or no? and id no then a better alternative?

thanks.

After getting a divorce from C.K. Dexter Haven, Tracy Lord prepares to marry again… however, in the days before her wedding, Haven and a reporter, posing as her brother’s friend, show up at her doorstep. From there, Tracy is forced to choose among her past love, her present love and her new love. Amidst the situation comedy, and fast-paced dialogue, Barry explores several contemporary social issues, such as society’s perception of class differences in America and attitudes towards adultery and divorce in the 1930’s.
