Hello all

My name is Sophie Fernandes and I'm an arts management honours student. My research is exploring performing artists' motivation as influenced by various aspects of the organisation they are employed in. I'm looking for anyone who has been employed casually, or on a short-term or sessional basis, by a professional Australian performing arts organisation (eg, theatre, dance, opera etc) to complete a short questionnaire- and don't worry, it's completely anonymous.
