Can anyone recommend drama lessons in perth?

Hi,

I am currently interested in learning some drama techniques and increasing my skills so that I can start auditioning for roles. Could you provide me with any drama clubs, workshops etc that happen in the Perth region?

Kind regards,

Cheri Hodgson

Hi Cheri,
Yes it is good to do classes and workshops etc, but it is also helpful to join amateur clubs and learn through experience. Some clubs hold training workshops from time to time, but the best way to gain practical experience is to audition for a show. Pleased to see you are planning on auditioning for Lords and Ladies at Stirling.
No matter how small the part, you get a real experience of being involved in a show and being part of a team, and most importantly learning from people who have more experience or different experiences from yourself.
Perth has lots of amateur theatre groups and it is a great place to learn the ropes.
Hope this has been helpful,
Christine Ellis
