Could ALL nominees please send a headshot for the programme, and a short blurb that will be read out on the night in case you win.

We do not need photos for Set & Costumes noms, but we will need to know who is collecting for the show.

In the case of nominees not being able to attend, we also require a person to be nominated to collect on their behalf.

Congratulations to all the nominees on their outstanding efforts.

A diverse sampling of the community clubs at Lotteries House for the noms night last night - tis a pity that there were not more representatives present from the various clubs but we understand that being New Years and all........

Cheers to all and sundry!

See you at The Finley's 2011!!

Congrats to all the nominees.
From what I saw throughout the year, the standard has been excellent.
Onwards and upwards for 2012.

Congrats to all the nominees and sorry we can't be there this weekend!

I promise I'm not saying this sourly, but are there really no tech awards in the Finley's? Surely Sound, Lighting, Stage Management are super important! I think so, anyway.

Would love to see some new categories in the future Smiling

This has been debated at length almost every year. There are Adjudicator awards and additional awards not within the main categories that usually cover Technical areas.

I agree WP!

A lot of years ago now, I won a few gongs for Set Design (mise en Scene) & other Techie stuff.      This was back in the days of ACTA 'n beyond.

It has always amazed me why the techie stuff is just a token gesture, compared to the warm props!. The general excuse  'n soft shoe shuffle, is the aude furphy of  "we don't have the adjudicators".

Which  to me is a  rather brittle 'n very easy cop out!
