This is NOT a review, just some comments by one who saw the play on opening night and throughly enjoyed every moment!

This Australian play is about differing concepts of national identity and family loyalty. Three sisters re-united after ten years in very different worlds apart feel the constraints of family life. Meg lives in london and has just had a book published and nominated for the Booker prize, Pippa is a successful marketing agent in the USA and Hilary is the 'stayed at home' one.

All of the cast were perfect in their roles and totally believable, the pace was right and the first night audience all loved it, so Lynne you can stop feeling nervous!

My one comment is that the music was a bit too loud and at the beginning of both acts did continue for what seemed an eternitybefore the action started

That aside, go and see the play, you won't be disappointed.

Sounds great, but...

... how is Norma's post NOT a review? You've given us a synopsis, told us what you liked and offered reasonable critisism on areas you thought could be improved. Looks like a review to me- a very good one; concise, clear and constructive.

Many on this site could learn from Norma's NON-review.
