Disclaimer - I have no connection with Luna Cinemas except as a regular patron...

Following on the heels of the ground breaking "Met - Live in HD" series, Luna and Luna on SX are now bringing us "NT Live", Four productions from London's National Theatre being broadcast in HD to cinemas around the world...

First up, this weekend, is a production of Racine's "Phedre" in a translation by Ted Hughes, directed by Nicholas Hytner and starring Helen Mirren in the title role!!!
They are screening it at 1:00pm on 11 & 12 July

The remaining 3 productions later in the year are:
Alls Well That Ends Well
Terry Pratchett's Nation
The Habit of Art by Alan Bennett

The two Lunas are the only cinemas screening this in WA, there are many others around the country, so if you live elsewhere you might want to do some research...

I'm still completely weirded out by Mark "Shopping & F***ing" Ravenhill adapting Terry Pratchett for a piece of children's theatre.

LOL... who would allow that to happen? I look forward to the final scene when death rapes Rincewind with a knife!
