After the success of "Marking Life", CEF Players in Mornington is proud to present Drew Lane's latest musical "The Impossible Princess". Using the basis of the fairy tale "Princess and the Pea", this musical takes it all to new extreme!
As part of the staging, the first ever full cast recording will also be made.
The Impossible Princess will be staged in Mornington on Nov. 21st, 22nd, 23rd & 28th, 29th & 30th. Auditions are to be held on August 24 and 26.
Lead roles include:
Queen Hilary - late 30's to early 40's - a nasty, bitchy woman determined to marry off her song
King Darien - Early to late 40's - a warm and generous man
Prince Wren - late teens to early 20's - the lead romantic role, looking for true love
Melody - late teens - a commoner that Wren falls in love with - lead romantic role
Malnormus - Late 30's to early 40's - a loveable scoundrel
