URGENT NEED FOR ACTORS!!!

cracktart | 09/09/2008 - 12:44

This is a student production (Edith Cowan University) for a very dark short film. We need actors for a few characters:

Boy (age 7 to 12): He is a blind boy that is being abused by his single parent mum and he is longing for a family’s love.

Mum: She is in her late 20’s and faces paranoia and is very abusive. She has no family member except for her sister that lives in America. She later commits suicide.

Aunt: In her mid 20’s who lives in America. She loves the boy but only saw him once due to demands of business. She is a very loving person.

Police (can be in the mid 20’s to 40’s): Rocked up at mum’s house one day because neighbours complained hearing a boy being abused.

Shooting period (estimated): 19th September to 29th September (about 7 days)

I am just assuming but I would say that it is Perth and being a student production I would say that this is unpaid work...

Hope it helps Smiling
