I'm going to be giving a shadow puppet tutorial live on the net on Friday 12th June, at 11am. You are welcome to come and watch, and if there are parents/teachers or other interested parties out there, you can build the puppet with me. A pattern will be provided on the day, info about what's needed to build along is given here:

at the appointed time. There is a countdown at the above page so you can make sure you're there on time (join for free and you can get email alerts when the show is on). If you can't make it, I will be posting a recorded video of the workshop on my site once the show is over.
For those who are generally interested in puppets, but not so much in shadow puppets, I recommend watching the weekly show anyway. There are lots of tips and hints, puppet building competitions (one with prizes coming up on Sunday 14th June!), mini performances, and for those who have webcams, you can show off your stuff. It's not just about building either, there's lots of stuff about performing.
