Following the success of the 2011 competition the South Australian Writers’ Theatre (SAWT) is pleased to announce its 2012 One Act Play competition.

Well; SAWT has reached what could best be described as a cross roads. I know this has happened before but none the less I feel that it is necessary to bring this issue to what remains of the membership.

SA Writers Theatre will be having its regular meeting on Tuesday May 10th at 7.00pm at the SA Writer's Centre.

The play being read is Tony Moore's new play "Snakes and Ladder's" a play about the secrets and lies that can hide under the surface of any family.

SAWT’s 2011 one act play competition is now open, seeking the playwrights of tomorrow.
The competition is open to anyone who wants to write a play. There is no age limit and no specific theme.
