Amateur theatre in Melbourne

Hello - I'm a 26yr old female who's pretty new to Melbourne and wondering if there are any theatre/musical theatre groups to join around the chadstone area? I haven't participated in anything in a few years, but I grew up doing speech and drama and over the last year have gone back to singing lessons.
Otherwise could anyone please direct me where to look?

Ditto... Can't think of anything off the top of my head for Chadstone area, but I'm sure there's something. Check out the companies list or the auditions page.

There are many companies around, one of which is MLOC. We rehearse in Parkdale. Not that far from Chadstone (just head down Warrigal road). We have auditions in the coming weeks for Disney's Beauty and the Beast, but you'd better be quick as time slots are running out fast if you want to book an audition.
