I am in the same boat.. have you had any revelations?
Firstly, there is a link at the top of the page titled 'companies'. You can search there for your area and interests.
Secondly, will people stop posting to the FAQ, unless it is related to the actual FAQ topic? Post in the forums, that's what they are there for.
(This is why no one responds to your posts, all you above people)

hi was just wondering if anyone could give me some advice on what is the best style of dancing to study if I wish to pursue a career in musical theatre? sorry if there is already a thread like this. . if so, could u give me the link? thanks
Study ballet for the basics. Turning, jumping, placement, kinesthetic sense, musicality and presentational styles. It makes your body strong and adaptable. Check out the choreog in the stage production of The Producers for example, strong classical technique required there, even though it was mainly jazz. Tap is also great but you have to be amazing for work at the top.

Off the top of my head, I can't think of any specific company in Geelong that work with disabled kids; I would hunt around in the companies page of this website, where you can find groups listed by suburb. I also suggest contacting the Geelong Performing Arts Centre, http://www.gpac.org.au/, who would have knowledge of groups in the area and possibly have some suggestions. I'm sure the companies list on this site will be your best bet.
