Bump, grind, shimmy and shake your way through a fun workout with a real difference! The class is held in a fun and relaxed atmosphere, and is suitable for all ages, shapes and sizes! The workout is based around classic burlesque moves and other fun dances from the 1920s, 30s and 40s, including some sexy floor work that will really work those abs! Not only is this a great workout, but you'll leave feeling sexy, empowered and with a few new moves for the boudoir!
Weekly casual class, $15 per class (or take Go-Go-Robics 7pm-8pm as well, and pay just $25 for the two classes!), please arrive 10 minutes early. This is a casual class, so no booking or experience needed, just show up!
What to wear: loose comfortable clothing (keeping in mind we'll be doing some floorwork with our legs in the air!), bare feet or any shoes comfortable enough to dance in, or you're welcome to wear your sexy burlesque heels as long as you're comfortable dancing in them!
What to bring: a towel, a bottle of water and a wiggle in your walk!

After getting a divorce from C.K. Dexter Haven, Tracy Lord prepares to marry again… however, in the days before her wedding, Haven and a reporter, posing as her brother’s friend, show up at her doorstep. From there, Tracy is forced to choose among her past love, her present love and her new love. Amidst the situation comedy, and fast-paced dialogue, Barry explores several contemporary social issues, such as society’s perception of class differences in America and attitudes towards adultery and divorce in the 1930’s.
