TV Presenter Course - 'Be The Host With The Most'
This course is designed to give a mix of the skills and confidence required to be an on-camera presenter. The course focuses on developing your own personal presenting style. Attention will be given to vocal delivery, camera to eye contact and physical performance. You will walk away with 3 pieces that have been professionally shot by videographer Matt James on mini DV that you can potentially edit to use as a showreel. You will also work with an autocue as well as presenting live to camera. The course will cover the following presenting styles: Lifestyle\Infotainment, News\Current Affairs, Corporate Video, Commercials.

OCTOBER - NOVEMBER COURSE DATES:
Wednesdays 22nd and 29th of October. 5th and 12th of November 2008
From 7.00pm - 10pm
Saturday 15th November 2008
From 10.00am - 3.00pm

Cost: $595 inc. GST (cash and most credit cards accepted)

Course Directors:
Course Director: Karalee Tilvern is a fully trained journalist in both newspapers, radio and television. She has more than 10 years experience working as an on camera news reporter/presenter. She spent 5 years working for Channel 7 News Melbourne and is currently working as a freelance TV news reporter for SBS TV World News Australia. She has also worked as a breakfast newsreader for Melbourne's Gold FM and Mix 101.1 FM as well as other stations across Australia.

Video: Matt James has been working in the Film and Television industry both as an actor and Videographer for over 15 years. His company medit8 video, specialises in showreels for Presenters, Models and Actors,  and is one of the most respected showreel production houses in the business, bringing Matt's own unique style to any shoot he works on

SHOWREEL COST OF PRODUCTION: $120.00 (To be organised with Medit8)

Note - All Brave studio pieces to camera are shot on a green screen, enabling your scenes to have a more professional edge.
