Climbing Vine Theatre Company is now taking applications for our 2011 Horizon Theatre Graduate Program for young actors aged 18-30.

This is a unique theatre program in W.A., providing young actors with focused, expert training and guaranteed paid acting work on completion.

The program is a two year course, with a Masters year to follow. Intended for serious career students, this program is for those who wish to create a future for themselves in the Arts industry.

The course provides actors with a broad range of professional performances, in venues such as the Subiaco Arts Centre and the Perth Town Hall. There is also a screen acting element to the course, with students appearing in short and feature films.

Workshops begin in January of 2011. Auditions throughout September and October.

What is Susan's Secret?

Michael Parker & Susan Parker

David Heckingbottom

Cider Mill Inn is an old, rustic country inn owned by an endearing elderly couple, Michael and Susan Edwards. At first they appear to be bordering on senility. We quickly learn however that they are very clever con artists, preying on their unsuspecting guests. Using an elaborate check-in form, guests are, in fact, signing a work contract, requiring them to perform various improvements at the inn. Plumbers, tile layers, carpenters and electricians are recruited to do work they never expected. But what is Susan's secret?
