Hi I dont think there is a primary school that does such a programme,, some schools do a dance thing, but it is for ballroom, such as juve, cha cha, etc, it is run over 1 term, and then in the fourth term, they do a inter school dance off competition.
There may be some, but the ones, that i know of dont, do dance programmes, as such and kids do out of school drama clubs, and dancing schools, sorry i cant help much more,
perhaps you should email the western australian education dept, they might be able to help
