I think everyone involed in these posts needs to ask themselves these simple Qs; What are we really arguing about? Why are we arguing? and how did a simple question about how to get work escelate into a major debate?
People who are new to this site are ALWAYS going to ask how to get work and what their options are. So why not start up a page aimed specifically at new comers who are interested in starting up in the buissness? whether it be on a pro level or in community theatre. I know Na has offered links to those pages, but is there a specific do's and donts page on starting out as a performer? I may be ignorant to this. Maybe have a list of reputable agents for each state etc? i dnt know. Just a thought...
All this arguing seems pointless to me, and im sure like every other argument on this web site it will soon blow over until the next one starts up... but thats just my opinion. =)
