Do you really think it has never been tried. Offering suggestions seems to fall on deaf ears, more useless back chat and then the blame game. Just read any thread and see. I can understand people may have more pressing matters or maybe not wanting to do the hard yards but the bottom line I can only assume the design of the site is controlled by the admin people and whats the point if its just another merry go round of threads that go no where.

Don't think anyone is trying to knock you for your analysis of the status quo (NO offence) but I feel its a band aid for some broader changes. I think you hit the nail on the head when you say nobody decent comes to this site. My question/quest is why and what can be done to help improve things. Its really got nothing to do with looking for work for newbies. It about opening up the website to a wider application. Just imagine if this site could be something special or is that just wishfull thinking.
