I would just like to mention I am actualy quite familier with MBC and get alot of my work through them. And Yes at first they can seem a little scattered and unorganised but once you get used to the way they work its fairly laid back and almost totaly stress free.
I would recomend them to anyone who is willing to travel the distance to speak to them in person.
