Weekend workshop at the Pemberton RSL “Improv Your life” with Nadia Collins (Melbourne)
Improvisation, or thinking on your feet, is a must for everyday people as well as for actors and comedians. If you’re a fan of Saturday Night Live, or Whose Line is it Anyway?, then you’ll have watched a fair bit of improv already.
If you are aged 16 years or older, and you are a performer, have ever needed to think on your feet, wished you could be witty on the spot, or just want to have some fun in a relaxed environment, then this is the course for you.
Over one weekend, Improv Your Life will take you through the core principles of Improv, teaching you to trust your instincts and tap into your inner genius as well as exploring some more advanced techniques, which will have you adlibbing with confidence.
Nadia Collins is a seasoned improviser in Melbourne, who has performed all over Australia and competed on a national level. She has condensed years of training and experience with some of the world’s best improvisers into an easy to understand format.
WHERE? WHEN? HOW MUCH?
Saturday 23rd & Sunday 24th June, 10 – 4pm at the Pemberton RSL. $90 per person.
