It's up to members of the community to nominate; nominations are usually called for around October. Both the Shire of Kalamunda and City of Nedlands take part in the citizenship awards - you can find more details at www.ausdaywa.com.au - perhaps you could put a nomination in yourself to highlight more theatre types?
