Yes, it's on licensed premises, so there may be special conditions for minors...but it's probably something that can be okayed by the management seeing as there's no bar upstairs. I'm pretty sure you don't need any experience, Sean will be teaching you what you need to know.
What about a Subway sandwich? Apparently there's less fat.
