Appetite collaborates with a range of artists and theatremakers to create works for a variety of audiences. Joint Artistic Directors Matt Scholten and Susanne Kean formed Appetite in January 2011 after working together on several successful productions in Melbourne's independent theatre scene. Appetite creates work that will be seen in metropolitan and regional locations. Appetite creates new Australian work. Appetite produces the best new international work. Appetite investigates the Australian and international theatrical canons. Appetite will satisfy and stimulate your hunger for beautiful, stimulating and memorable theatre. The world premiere CROSSED by Chris Summers – presented by Platform Youth Theatre, Appetite and La Mama Theatre at La Mama Courthouse from Thursday, 9 June – Sunday, 19 June 2011. Hungry yet...?
