Cardinia Performing Arts Company is a based in Pakenham, and performs at the Cardinia Cultural Centre, Lakeside Blvd. Pakenham. In 2003 we had sellout performances of Les Miserables and Pirates of Penzance and in 2004 Jesus Christ Superstar and The Sound of Music. In 2005 we performed of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, and Westside Story. In 2006 we performed a cabaret called Showcase 2006 and Disney's Beauty and the Beast In 2007 our productions were Annie and Blood Brothers and in 2008 Disney's High School Musical. In October auditions will be held for our first production for 2009 Leader of the Pack - the Ellie Greenwich musical - a big song and dance show Information on upcoming shows and auditions can be found on our website www.geocities.com/cpakky2000

you don't need any experience just a desire to get involved either on stage or behind the scenes

Hi we have members in our company aged from 5 - 75, so there are no age barriers, it just depends on the particular production and the cast required. Casey, you might want to actually read the whole thread. If you had have, you might have discovered this group is an amateur group, and no doubt have no paid positions to offer. If you're looking for some type of part-time admin work in the arts, check the Arts Hub news feed (on the news page) of this site. You won't find any paid admin jobs advertised here.

We are currently in rehearsal for our Feb 2011 production of Footloose, so it is too late to be in the cast, but if you would like to help out backstage we would love to have you on board. Auditions for out next production will be in April 2011
