Company information
Fremantle's original and only Community Theatre since 1963.
First situated in the Evan Davies Library building on South Terrace (above what is now Dome and where Kulcha perform today), we then performed in the Princess May Building for 14 years before once again been forced to move out. Harbour Theatre's temporary home is currently the Port Cineaste Building in Adelaide St Fremantle (next to Princess May Park, opposite Woolworths) while negotiations continue to find us a permanent home...
We usually perform 5 seasons a year, with at least 4 full plays and occasionally a season of 1-act plays.
Come and be a part of the rich artistic flavour that is Fremantle. We are always looking for new members to act, direct, FOH, set building and design, lighting and sound.
There's more to theatre than just acting!

A fully staged and costumed production tracing the musical and theatrical collaboration between W.S. Gilbert & Arthur Sullivan and Richard D'Oyly Carter
The story is narrated by Richasrd D'oyly Carte and the action alternates between rehearsal and performance mode presenting excerpts from all 13 Savoy operas.
At times sad, but frequently witty, this show could just as easily be titled " G & S - all the best bits"
Written & Directed by Donna and Andrew Foote this show presents all the joy and colour expected of a full Gilbert & Sullivan production
