Hilarious team based improvised comedy! Scared Scriptless is Australia's longest running improvised show. Beginning at 8pm every week teams of improvisers battle it out to win the love and laughs of a jovial audience in a plush, smoke-free venue! Scared Scriptless is a TheatreSports® event where teams of improvisers spontaneously create musicals, comedy sketches and the odd love scene. The competition is hot as teams are judged at the end of each scene by a group of experts. The sporting spirit is very much at work. You have whistle-blowing referees, excitable hosts and audience members cheering maniacally. There are points and penalties, goodies and baddies, victors and the vanquished.
Then, at 10:30pm, comes the Late Show: hypnotizing, mesmerizing, fascinating. Daring new improvised formats starring Sydney's top players.
Doors open for Scared Scriptless 7:30 every Friday night and is in a smoke-free bar. Have a cheap meal downstairs and get your drinks at pub prices. Entry is $10 at the door or $15 for both shows.. Come to Scriptless and stay for the Late Show.
