The Chorale has also performed by invitation at significant community events including Brisbane City Council Lord Mayor Gala concerts, Ipswich City Council Carols in the Park, the 2000 Ipswich Olympic Torch Relay Ceremony, the official opening of Ipswich Global Arts Link and at the University of Queensland’s Ipswich Campus graduation ceremony.

Together with live orchestra, Chorale members delight in presenting it’s annual musical production season in the Ipswich Civic Hall to over 3000 patrons.

The Chorale is very proud of its reputation for choral excellence and is proud to be a community choir that boasts harmony in all ways, in music and friendship.

Manly Musical Society (Sydney) presents
Oklahoma!

David Izzard

Oklahoma! is the one of the first of what were called the American ‘book’ musicals where the music and lyrics added to and expanded on the story and as a result includes such classics as “Oh what a beautiful morning”, “Surrey with a fringe on top” and the cheeky “I’m jest a girl who Caint say no”. Manly Musical society in association with Bizzie productions have taken this well-loved musical and breathed new life into it with an amazingly talented young cast. The result is a vibrant and energetic retelling of this much loved piece. Book your tickets today to see the best of Sydney community theatre come together to present one of the most loved musicals of our time.
