Paris Hat Productions is an exciting new Canberra theatre company dedicated to presenting entertaining, innovative and educational performances of seminal Australian and international plays. Paris Hat was formed in 2007 by Artistic Director Fiona Atkin and Creative Producer Eliza Bateman, who have both been actively involved in theatre in Canberra for many years. Fiona is undertaking a PhD in American Drama at the ANU while Eliza is a recent ANU Arts/Law graduate with Honours in English Literature who now works in Policy Development for the Australian Government. In December, Paris Hat will be presenting a double bill of Closer by Patrick Marber and Sexual Perversity in Chicago by David Mamet at Street 2. More information at www.parishat.com
