Established in 1997, Park Players is a community musical theatre group based in Park Orchards. With a philosophy of promoting community involvement in musical theatre and supporting local talent, Park Players awards annual scholarships to local school and dance students. Since its inception approximately $16,000 has been donated back to the community in this way

Saw this at the Karralyka Theatre, Ringwood, this afternoon.

Terrific production. Excellent entertainment from beginning to end. Stand out performer (for me) was Daniel Solomon as Carmen Ghia, Roger DeBris' assistant, although all principal parts could not be faulted. Singing and acting all uniformly professional. I've seen the Reg Livermore/Tom Burlinson stage show and the 2005 film - this production rates equally well or even better than both!
