The Players Theatre Inc. is a community theatre providing a venue for the Hastings Community to experience acting, directing, set design and scenery construction, costumes, and properties. The Players Theatre Inc. is the only community theatre in the Hastings and has a strong 48 year history in the area. The Theatre stages 6-7 performances per year including plays, musicals and pantomimes, and invite the community to enjoy the energy and talent of the local people. The Players Theatre Inc. Complex is also available for hire for theatrical productions or individual functions. The Theatre is funded totally by ticket sales and does not receive any arts grants or financial support from any external bodies.
