Violet Productions is a Perth based company specialising in new locally written productions which deal with female themes, interests and issues. Our productions feature predominately female actors, writers, directors, musical directors and choreographers. We aim to present a variety of performances from cabaret, musical theatre, one-woman shows, full length plays and one-act plays. We actively encourage new work to be written and performed by members of our company and are constantly on the look out for new work. Auditions for our productions are held at the start of each season, with rehearsals taking place on Monday and Wednesday evenings and some weekends. Specific details for each show will be provided on request and a full rehearsal schedule is available before the commencement of each rehearsal period.
