Theatre Talk in Perth.
Make sure you check out this Sunday's episode at 5.30pm of "The Couch" on Access 31 TV, where I represent "The Green Room" (set to air on Ch 31 in September), and am now a regular presenter on "The Couch" with "Theatre Talk".

This site experienced a lengthy outage late last week until this morning. We've lost no data or information during the outage, but clearly we were off air due to the problem for several days.

I'm working with our hosts at Informed Technology to try and determine the cause of the outage. There are some issues with the database server that I hope will be resolved by new hardware. In the meantime, I'll see if I can arrange some sort of a backup plan that at least ensures

Yay! I've finally transferred the video of City Head to my computer - so you can now view a short excerpt of it on Youtube. The sound isn't great, but hey... Anyway, here you can find scene one, and a short preview of the Lego city (didn't want to give too much away!)

Boy Banned

Sean Bryan

(Please forgive the length...)

Boy Banned is a 45 minute show by a group of high school students in the Langwarrin area, calling themselves ‘Lazy Creations Group’. The five boys put together a musical comedy, about the highs and lows of a boy band.

Many of you will have noticed a lot of times recently when Theatre Australia has been unavailable. I'd just like to take this opportunity to say two things:

First, I'd like to invite Grant (web admin) to post on this thread and let us know what's been happening behind the scenes. I know he's been working on a special 10-year anniversary present for the site, as well as his general administrative duties, and I'm sure we'd all be comforted by hearing any information about the recent outages.

Stirling Players (Perth) presents
A Country Retreat

Peter Flanigan

Peter Flanigan

Peter describes 'A Country Retreat" as a comedy-drama with a few current social issues thrown in for good measure. Is it possible to “get away from it all”? Maybe…… maybe not. The play is set in a rural area of the South West WA and presents real characters in believable situations. A play for our time.
Bookings open April 8 through Morris News 9440 1040
Season runs from May 10 to May 25
All evening sessions start at 8pm. Matinees start at 2pm.
