NEW Company!
Northern Theatre Company is a new amateur theatre company. The company has not yet found it’s feet, but there is hope. A group of theatre enthusiast will form a strong backbone and be a driving force for the company. It is suggested that Northern be based in the Moonee Valley region of Melbourne under the support of the Moonee Valley Council. We seek individuals wanting to join the current Northern team.

We have further developed our website to give you and our other supporters more information. Whilst the website is still undergoing construction, we would like to get online and build a more interactive avenue for news and updates. Join our newsletter, meet members on the forum, have your say with our polls and view the latest information about our productions. As it is a new company, please be patient with the lack of content. Updates will be happening frequently.

One of the requirements for us to get this company running is support. The Northern Team is very happy with the amount of names currently on our database, but we would always like to see more. If you wish to be in the Committee, Production team, Scenery Construction, Backstage Crew, Publicity / Marketing, Front of house, Costume making, General Company administration, Costume design, Hairdressing and Makeup, Set design and/or painting, Lighting design / operation, Audio design / operation, Rehearsal Pianist, Orchestra and many other available roles; place your name in our supporters database.

Goldoni is made grouse in this colourful and riotous comic masterpiece. Truffaldino doesn’t really think through the problems inherent in having two bosses – especially when they’re unaware of each other’s presence and desperate to get back into each other’s pants. Our hero reckons he’s found a way of increasing his coin and food income on his labour. Or, as he puts it: “two masters, two wages, two dinners – too right!”
