The Annual General Meeting of the Independent Theatre Association of WA
will be held on SUNDAY FEBRUARY 18th from 2,30 pm.
All Welcome (but only members of member clubs or individually paid up subscribers may vote)

URGENTLY required for 2007:
Secretary and Treasurer as neither of the two incumbents wishes to renominate, not because they are fed-up with the job, but due to pressures of work and family etc!!
all clubs have been sent nomination forms, so ask your club Secretary for one. nominations will also be accepted on the day.
All committee positions are open.

There is also a motion for discussion to increase some fees and charges.
It is proposed that Metro club Membership be raised to $90 and Counrty club membership to $50 from July 1st 2007.
Personal membership to remain at $25.This information has also been sent out.
It is further proposed that Finley Entries be increased to $75
It is several years since fees have been increased and as we all know costs are rising,we have tried hard to keep these increses to a minimum and we hope that you will support the proposals.
Following the meeting, afternoon tea will be served, please stay and socialise.
