How do I find auditions?

Theatre_Jake | 09/11/2009 - 06:49

Hey all,
I'm newly finished year 12 and looking tyo get involved in musicals and was wondering where I can find auditions for shows because I've been searching the internet for production companies and stuff but it's really difficult I was wondering if there is somewhere that publishes all auditions so they are easier to find?
Cheers!

If you are looking for professional shows you will need an agent. There are very few open auditions in this country.
Amateur shows advertise in various places. What state do you live in?

Is that all there is? Well if that's all there is my friend, then let's keep dancing.

If you wish to try your hand in the Community Theatre arena (and thereby gain the experience vital as a basis for a "professional" career) I would suggest you check out the "AUDITIONS" section of this site....several states/companies tend to register their up-coming productions here and the number is growing all the time...

I wish you the best of luck to you in whatever you choose to do!
