ARTRAGE is the states most dynamic and pro-active cross-artform support organisation for contemporary Western Australian arts and culture. Established as the first ever WA Fringe Festival in 1983, the organisation has grown and diversified over the last twenty one years, becoming far more than your standard 'Fringe' Festival.
ARTRAGE's year-round program includes a system of integrated support and presentation programs for contemporary WA arts and culture including:
o COMPLEX Program :
Support & stimulation of local Contemporary Culture through
Venue Development & Management.
o FESTIVAL Program:
Development & Presentation of a range of Contemporary Festival experiences implemented throughout the year.
o SATELLITE Program :
Support & stimulation of Contemporary Cultural Development in
Outer-Metropolitan & Regional Communities.
o INCUBATOR Program:
The core Support Program for WA Contemporary Artists & their work.
