...as part of It's On at The Don Performing Arts Festival

Perth women, Erika, Jeanette and Ronnie all had very different memories of WWII.

Erika grew up in Germany during Hitler’s rise to power. Dutchwoman Jeanette and her daughter were jailed by the Japanese in Java. Ronnie worked for the Australian Army at a gun battery on Buckland Hill.

The war brought these women hardship and loss but also brought liberation, camaraderie and a fierce maternal protectiveness.

Their stories are funny, tragic, revealing and heart warming.

Time: 10.00am performance, 11.15am morning tea, plus meet & greet with the cast.
