Not a play, but an actual Quiz Night. Yes, yes, it's not a performance, but it IS an upcoming event, it IS theatre-related, and it IS being run by a theatre group for the benefit of a theatre group.

Blak Yak Theatre is in fundraising mode, and everyone loves coming to Quiz Nights - a perfect combination!

The questions will not all be theatre-related (plenty of quantum mechanical quandaries for the aficionados), and we're intending to use the evening to promote WA Independent Theatre. We're encouraging groups to send us their publicity (and maybe any free tickets to upcoming shows that they can spare) so we can advertise future productions. Extensive publicity can only benefit us all.

Please try to get along for a fun night out.

The Servant of Two Masters

Written by Carlos Goldini. Re-Written by Nick Enright and Ron Blair.

Carla Moore

Goldoni is made grouse in this colourful and riotous comic masterpiece. Truffaldino doesn’t really think through the problems inherent in having two bosses – especially when they’re unaware of each other’s presence and desperate to get back into each other’s pants. Our hero reckons he’s found a way of increasing his coin and food income on his labour. Or, as he puts it: “two masters, two wages, two dinners – too right!”
