Auditions - Sunday July 28, 2.00 pm, Monday July 29, 7.30 pm

Pantomime is fun to do and fun to watch. This must be conveyed to the audience. The acting must be larger than life but still sincere with a good deal of sparkle and attack. This is a traditional English pantomime. All characters require English accents, able to sing, dance simple routines.

Characters required:

6 children 6 – 10 years, boys and girls (small roles) for alternate performances.

Cinderella – 18 to 25 yrs. Good singing voice.

Prince Charming (female) – 22 to 30 yrs. Good singing voice

Frankenstena (male) –30 to 45 yrs Ugly Sister

Draquella (male) –30 to 45 yrs Ugly Sister

Baron Hardup – 60+ Father

Cough Up and Sneeze – 30 – 45 yrs Broker’s Men

Buttons – 25 to 35 yrs Servant to Baron (in love with Cinderella)

Fairy Godmother – 30+

Dandini – 25 to 35 yrs Loyal servant to Prince Charming

Grandfather/Major Domo – 60+ Double role

Footman – 25 – 50 yrs (small role)

Also required – Chorus, male and female
