A short film that looks at an attempt to change fate.

KEY ROLES:

Female (China Twelve) 15 years old.

An orphan all her life, China is street smart and independent. Being in an orphanage all her life fills China with a sense of wonder and excitement for the world. China is a petite innocent looking young girl with porcelain skin

Female (Nina Fine) 30 years old.

Dark hair, thin, striking, attracts men.

Male (Mr. Neighbor) 40 to 50 years old

Tall, thin, beaten down by life, always under the watchful eye of Mrs. Neighbor

Female (Mrs. Neighbor) 35 to 40 years old

Slightly overweight, an opposite to Mr. Neighbor

Male (Pickpocket) 25 to 35 years old

Tall, gaunt.

Female (Blondie) 30 to 35 years old

Blonde, showy, self-centered

Male (Building Tenant) 40 years old

Open faced, warm.

Male (Waiter) 25 to 30 years old

Muscular build

Great exposure for those who wish to become career actors or for those who just want to have some fun making a short film. All parts are unpaid.
