Percy has come to London for "the Cup". the atmosphere is alive with sporting fever and general reverie.

At a local bar, Percy has a chance meeting with Cyrenne, a sophisticated 'woman of the night'. Egged on by his mates, Percy, a shy and somewhat gauche character, plucks up the courage to go out with her.

He, a simple man and she, street wise and smart, slowly forge a relationship over the course of the evening which exposes how vulnerable everyone really is even though they seldom show it.

This is a gentle comedy and a study in human relationships which will have you captivated from the start.
