Ben Elton

Janelle Hammond

Please Note: Sunday's (March 14) performance starts at 7pm.

-----------------------------------------------

Written in Ben Elton's inimitable style this is an hilarious satire on the power of the media.

"Doris Wallis, queen of the tabloid press, is in her own words, 'a nasty cow who slaughters sacred cows'. Bitchy, brassy and bolshie, she writes a venomous TV column that specialises in slagging off celebrities. Her bitchiness is her career and her career is on the up. On the verge of a glorious venture into TV, she's not going to let anything get in her way - not even the 'silly, fat, talent-less, old cow' who is currently suing her for libel. And any skeletons she may have in her cupboard (like her bondage gear) are firmly locked up.

Or so she thinks…."

Don’t miss this wickedly funny production!

“Tough and tender…tremendous appeal”- Variety.
