A reminder that applications to the NIDA full-time courses in 2003 are open.
NIDA is the national theatre school, a centre of excellence for training in theatre, film and television.
Entry to all NIDA courses is by audition or interview, conducted in every capital city throughout the country in November each year. Details of venues and dates are supplied on receipt of an application form.
NIDA offers eight full-time courses:
· a Bachelor of Dramatic Art degree in Acting
· a Bachelor of Dramatic Art degree in Design
· a Bachelor of Dramatic Art degree in Technical Production
· a Bachelor of Dramatic Art degree in Production Crafts
· an Advanced Diploma of Dramatic Art in Scenery Construction
· a Graduate Diploma of Dramatic Art in Directing
· a Graduate Diploma of Dramatic Art in Movement Studies
· a Graduate Diploma of Dramatic Art in Voice Studies
NIDA will also offer a part-time course, over sixteen weeks in 2003 which is:
· a Certificate III in Entertainment: Production Skills
