AUDITIONS
Actors required for short student film, shooting over the
four day period of the 3rd to 6th of December 2002.
The film looks at the effects of Alzheimer's Disease/Dementia on
a family, mainly from the victim's P.O.V.(The main character, Flora)
KEY ROLES:
Female (Flora - the Grandmother) 65 to 70 years old.
Flora is most times confused and/or vague, sometimes belligerent,
but with a strong underlying love of her family.
Female (Juniper - the Daughter) 40 to 45 years old.
Juniper is no-nonsense, worldly-wise and exhausted by the constant
drain on her emotions by her mother's ever-worsening situation.
Female (Peach - the Granddaughter) 18 to 23 years old.
Caring and sensitive, she dotes on her grandmother, and does not quite
understand why her mother has to be so seemingly heartless and hard.

Male (Taxi Driver) 30 to 40 years old
Male (Flora's Father) 30 40 years old
Female (Flora's Friend) 50-60 years old
Female (Young Girl) 8 to 10 years old
