I am from Newcastle in NSW, and I am just curious re the Finley Awards. We have our own awards here in Newcastle "The CONDA's"
or CITY OF NEWCASTLE DRAMA AWARDS. I was just wondering on the eligibility criteria etc that go with the "Finley's", and the voting on the winners. I know that there are always contensious (i think that's how you spell i) issues with any such awards, but a run down on the actual award process would be great.
