The wild weather on Monday 16th affected both the Bunbury Repertory Club and the Bunbury Musical Comedy Group.
The Little Theatre, sustained about $50, 000 worth of physical damage, we have not estimated contents damage, but it was limited to the green-room, kitchen and changerooms. At this stage we hope to be up and running from the season - "Play On" in July and the One-Act Drama Festival in September, albeit with re-arranged rooms and limited facilities for the cast.
The Lyric Threatre sustained a lot more damage, with the building losing it's second storey and a lot more of its contents were damaged. For example all its extensive wardrobe was exposed to the wind and rain.
Busy Bee This Saturday 28th May from 1 pm to 5pm
