theatrical musician available

Peter | 02/11/2001 - 07:52

Hello to you,

I am a singer/guitarist/songwriter, my work is described as uniquely theatrical and contemporary, with lyrics topical and of the times. I have recently completed my debut CD "Calendar of Natural Events", and the concept of the album would translate easily as a play or film. I am searching for a progressive and innovative playwright, theatre / film / music company, actors and musicians who would be interested in exploring the potential of my work. I would also like to write music for, or have my current work used in other theatrical or film projects. The album has had radio play on community stations. If interested, I can provide you with a copy of the CD and a synopsis of the story behind the album. I live close to Melbourne and am wiling to travel.

Yours musically, Peter.

The Theatre on Chester (Sydney) presents
The Servant of Two Masters

Written by Carlos Goldini. Re-Written by Nick Enright and Ron Blair.

Carla Moore

Goldoni is made grouse in this colourful and riotous comic masterpiece. Truffaldino doesn’t really think through the problems inherent in having two bosses – especially when they’re unaware of each other’s presence and desperate to get back into each other’s pants. Our hero reckons he’s found a way of increasing his coin and food income on his labour. Or, as he puts it: “two masters, two wages, two dinners – too right!”
